What is the preferable way to buy the product?
Customers can buy products in-store or on our websites. However, we strongly advise all customers to utilize our 30 minutes of free in-store consultation with our men’s style and wardrobe-building expert. This expert will guide you in choosing the most appropriate item for your wardrobe, ensuring you save time and money.
Are the prices in-store the same as online?
Yes, the prices online are the same as those in all regular stores. You can see about 25% of our products in the online store. Due to exclusivity reasons, we won’t put pictures out. We recommend visiting our physical stores.
Can I order by phone?
For security reasons, we cannot obtain credit card information by phone. However, if you have difficulties placing your order online, please contact our Customer Service team for support.
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password online by clicking “MY ACCOUNT” at the top of the home page.
What are my payment options?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and cash.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, we ship it as quickly as possible; therefore, cancelling it may be difficult. If you change your mind about an item, please call our Customer Care Team at 1-206 797 7111 0r 604 834 7381 as soon as possible, and we will make whatever changes are possible. You may see the original charge go through on your account.
How long do I have to return an item?
You may return items purchased from a Fashion Hub Inc. in-store or www.fashionhub.expert for a refund within 30 days from the date of an in-store purchase, delivery date, or the date ordered items are available for in-store pickup. You can find our full Return Policy. Click
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Currently, we only ship packages within Canada. We do not ship packages to the U.S.A. or internationally.
Will I receive my whole order at the same time?
We may fill orders from different locations to provide the broadest possible selection of merchandise and deliver it to you as fast as possible. Your order will be shipped in as few parcels as possible, but you may receive more than one delivery to complete your order. There will only be one shipping charge (if applicable).
